Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
We ship in-stock items within 24 hours
(Monday - Friday, excluding holidays), and
on occasion when we can't, we'll let you
know. Shipping times depend on the shipping
method you select. UPS ground will normally
take 4-5 business days, but can take up to
7, depending on your location. UPS 2nd Day
shipping normally takes 2-3 days. UPS
overnight will arrive on the next day (from
when it ships). Overnight orders must be
placed by 11am PST to ensure same day
shipping.
International orders are shipped using
International Air Mail, which normally takes
about 1-2 weeks, but also depends largely on
the destination country's postal service.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery of
International orders, since some packages
will be held up in customs in the
destination country.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are determined by your order
total, your destination shipping address,
and how fast you want to get it there.
Rush Delivery
2-Day Express Delivery and Overnight Express
Delivery options are available.
International Delivery
We do accept orders for international
deliveries, however, shipments outside the
U.S. are subject to extra shipping and
handling charges and fees. Duties and
value-added taxes may be required and are
the responsibility of the customer. You will
be notified of additional charges prior to
your order being processed and shipped.
If you agree to pay the charges, your order
will be completed. International orders are

Return & Exchange Policy
For an exchange, refund or credit, please
fill out the Merchandise Return form
included in your package and include the
reason for return. Send the package via UPS
or insured U.S. Postal Service to the
address indicated on your packing slip.
Shipping and Handling charges are not
refundable. Please allow 25 days from the
day you ship the return for your account to
be credited.
We will provide an exchange or issue a full
refund for all non-clearance items received
within 30 days of when the items were
shipped, provided the items are unworn,
unwashed, with all original tags attached,
and free of defects. Items received after 30
days but within 60 days will qualify for
store credit. If you receive a defective
product, you must notify us within three
days of receiving the product to be eligible
for a return. If you do not follow this
policy, we will only accept defective items
at our discretion.
International exchanges & returns work in
the same way as domestic exchanges &
returns, but may require more time to
process and ship.
